- When you create an account: your name, phone number, email address (optional) and password, which is stored encrypted and cannot be read by anyone.
- When you place an order: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, order details and payment method.
- When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email: the content of your message and your contact details.

- To fulfil and deliver your orders and contact you about them.
- To manage your account and saved addresses.
- To answer your questions and provide after-sales service.
- To meet our accounting and legal obligations.
We never sell or rent your data to anyone.
Payment
Online payments are processed by a licensed payment gateway. You enter your card number on the gateway's own page, so we never see or store it. Cash on delivery and bank transfer are also available.
Sharing your data
We share only the minimum needed with:
- Delivery companies: your name, phone number and address, to deliver your order.
- The payment gateway: to complete an online payment.
- Official authorities: when legally required.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to run the site, such as your cart, sign-in, language and currency. We do not currently use any tracking or advertising cookies. If we add analytics tools in the future, we will update this policy.
Storage and security
- Your data is kept with trusted hosting providers, whose servers may be outside the Sultanate of Oman, with appropriate safeguards and an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
- We keep your data for as long as you use your account, and order records for the period required by accounting regulations.
Your rights
You may access and correct your data and ask for your account to be deleted, except for records we are legally required to keep. You can update your details from your account page or by contacting us.
